Tickets can be delivered in multiple ways.  On each ticket there is a ticket type which will be the delivery method of your tickets.  Depending on the event your tickets can either be transferred or emailed to you (eTicket), shipped to you via UPS/FedEx (physical tickets), or picked up locally in the city where the game is being played.
