Lunatix policy regarding events effected by response to the coronavirus.

    Dear Lunatix Fans,

We know that you are a fan of live experiences, whether it be sports, concerts, theatre
or comedy. The current situation due to COVID-19 (the coronavirus) has likely led
to questions about what happens if an event gets canceled or postponed. The most
important concern at this time is your personal health and safety. The actions being
taken by all event organizers are to protect all of us and prevent unnecessary exposure
to the virus. You should expect that the event you’re planning to attend over the next 30
days will be canceled or postponed. Please make the necessary arrangements in
anticipation of changes to your planned events.

    Ticket Purchases
I want to assure you that Lunatix Ticket Guarantee protects every purchase – the ticket
you’ve purchased on our site will get you into the event or your money back. Lunatix
customer service is available to help with any issues or concerns.

If an event is canceled, you do not have to do anything. We are working with event
organizers, leagues and partners around the world and will notify you by email as
quickly as we can. Additionally, the terms and conditions in Lunatix buyer policy
guarantee a full refund if an event is canceled.

    Ticket Reservations
All customers holding reservations for the NCAA Final Four have been contacted and
we are awaiting the final decisions from the NBA and NHL regarding their postseasons.

We understand that this is a challenging time and are here to answer any questions you
may have. Please choose support on our site and a team member will assist you. We
will see you when the games start again but for now please take care of yourself and
    families.

    Regards,
    David
    CEO
