A postseason reservation gives you the guaranteed right to tickets for the team and game you have purchased reservations for.  Postseason reservations are not the actual tickets.  Postseason reservations for NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, Soccer, College Basketball & College Football gets you tickets to the game. Your postseason reservation obligates you to purchase tickets when your team makes the game. 

Postseason reservations and tickets are non-refundable.
